测定鱼类摄食量的几种化学污染物质量平衡模型
Introduction to chemical contaminant mass balance models for quantifying food consumption in fish
【摘要】 介绍了测定鱼类摄食量的几种化学污染物质量平衡模型,包括放射性同位素、持久性有机污染物和重金属质量平衡模型,可为鱼类摄食量研究提供参考。放射性同位素质量平衡模型主要有放射性铯质量平衡模型,如Forseth模型和Rowan-Rasmussen模型;持久性有机污染物质量平衡模型主要有Borgmann-Whittle模型,包括基于胃肠道化学动力学的质量平衡模型和基于污染物同化-排泄的质量平衡模型;重金属质量平衡模型主要有汞质量平衡模型。
【Abstract】 This paper presented some chemical contaminant mass balance models for quantifying food consumption in fish. The models fell into the following three categories: the radioisotope mass balance models, represented by 137Cs mass balance models, such as Forseth and Rowan-Rasmussen Models; the persistent organic pollutant mass balance models, represented by the Borgmann-Whittle Models, including the model based on chemical kinetics across the gastrointestinal tract and the model based on a constant contaminant assimilation rate and direct excretion; the heavy metal mass balance models, represented by the mercury mass balance models.
