【摘要】 目的了解开患者上下颌后牙近中倾斜的程度。方法选择开患者34例,曲面断层片上测量上下颌第一、二前磨牙及第一恒磨牙牙体长轴倾斜度;测量上下颌第一、二前牙磨牙、第一恒磨牙牙体长轴的交角,并进行相关分析。结果上下颌第一恒磨牙近中倾斜度>上下颌第二前磨牙近中倾斜度>上下颌第一前磨牙近中倾斜度。结论开矫治的重点应放在直立近中倾斜的上下颌后牙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study medial tipping degree of maxillary and mandible posterior teeth with openbite malocclusion.Methods Thirty-four openbite malocclusion samples were selected,taken panoramic photographies and measured long axiles tipping degree of the first and second maxillary and mandible premolar and the first permanent molar.Then 34 openbite malocclusion samples were measured the crossing angles between maxillary and mandible bicuspid molars and permanent molar’s long axile and then We made correlated analysis between them.Results The medial tipping degree of the first maxillary and mandible permanent malor was larger than that of the second maxillary and mandible bicuspid molar;the medial tipping degree of the second maxillary and mandible bicuspid molar was larger than that of the first C maxillary and mandible bicuspid molar.Conclusion It is important to upright medial tipping posterior teeth in correcting openbite malocclusion.更多还原
