5-HT1Dβ受体基因T371G多态性与单相抑郁症及其症状表型的关联分析
Association among 5-HT1Dβ receptor gene T371G polymorphism,unipolar depression and symptom phenotype
【摘要】 目的探讨5-HT1Dβ受体基因T371G多态性与单相抑郁症的遗传关联性。方法应用PCR-RFLP分析技术,对132例单相抑郁症患者和180名正常对照者进行关联分析;采用HAMD评定病例组症状群,分析单相抑郁症症状群与基因型的关联性。结果病例组与对照组基因型(χ2=0.7478,df=2,P>0.05)和等位基因(χ2=0.2637,df=1,P>0.05)总体分布差异无统计学意义。在病例组HAMD各因子评分中,其中日夜变化症状中G/G基因型(1.74±1.25)和T/G基因型(1.61±1.06)分值均低于T/T基因型(2.44±1.19),在绝望感症状群中T/G基因型(7.09±1.93)分值低于G/G基因型(7.82±1.85)和T/T基因型(8.33±2.22)。结论5-HT1Dβ受体基因T371G多态性可能与单相抑郁症症状群中日夜变化和绝望感有关联。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between 5-HT1Dβ receptor gene T371G polymorphism and unipolar depression(UPD) in Han nationality of Chinese.Methods The case-control association study was adopted to analyze association of the candidate serotonin receptor genes polymorphism between 132 UPD patients and 180 normal controls using PCR-RFLP technique,and evaluate the symptom phenotypes of cases applying HAMD for depression.Results There was significant difference in neither genotype(χ2=0.7478,df=2,P>0.05) nor allelic type(χ2=0.2637,df=1,P>0.05) distribution between case and control groups.But genotype G/G(1.74±1.25) and T/G(1.61±1.06) scored significantly lower than genotype T/T(2.44±1.19) on diurnal variation,while genotype T/G(7.09±1.93) scored significantly lower than genotype G/G(7.82±1.85) and T/T(8.33±2.22) on hopelessness under HAMD.Conclusion Association is suspected between 5-HT1Dβ receptor gene T371G polymorphism and UPD symptom clusters such as diurnal variation and hopelessness.
