槲皮素抗实验性心律失常作用的研究
Effects of quercetin on experimental arrhythmias
【摘要】 目的观察槲皮素抗实验性心律失常的作用,并探讨其可能机制。方法应用乌头碱,氯化钙制备大鼠心律失常模型,哇巴因制备豚鼠心律失常模型,观察槲皮素不同剂量对上述模型的保护作用。结果槲皮素(0.2mg/kg,0.4mg/kg)能提高乌头碱致大鼠和哇巴因致豚鼠发生室性早搏(VE)、室性心动过速(VT)、室颤(VF)的用量;延长氯化钙诱发大鼠心律失常出现的时间,缩短心律失常持续时间,减少心律失常发生率及死亡率。结论槲皮素具有抗多种实验性心律失常的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of quercetin on experimental arrhythmias and to explore its possible mechanisms.Methods The rat arrhythmia models were induced by aconitine and CaCl2,the ginuea pig arrhythmia models were caused by ouabain,and the effects of quercetin with different doses on those models were investigated.Results Quercetin(in 0.2~0.4mg/kg) increased the threshold doses of ventricular ectopic(VE),and ventricular tachyacardia(VT),ventricular fibrillation(VF),delayed the onset time of arrhythmia,shortened the duration time of arrhythmia,and decreased the incidence and death rate of rats with arrhythmia induced by CaCl2.Conclusion Quercetin possesses extensive protective effects on arrhythmia.
