【摘要】 目的研制莫西沙星滴耳液。方法以乙醇、甘油、水为混合溶媒制备莫西沙星滴耳液,采用紫外分光光度法在295nm处测定主药的含量,并考察制剂的稳定性。结果盐酸莫西沙星在1.25~10.00μg.ml-1浓度范围内与吸光度的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.63%,RSD=1.05%(n=6)。结论制剂配方合理、制备工艺简单、质控方法简便准确,具有开发前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare the Moxifloxacin ear drops.METHODS Moxifloxacin ear drops was prepared with mixed solvent of glycerin,alcohol and distilled water.The content of Moxifloxacin was determined by UV-Vis absorption spectrometry at 295 nm and the stability was investigated.RESULTS The linear range for Moxifloxacin hydrochloride was 1.25-10.00 μg·ml-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 100.63% the RSD of 1.05% for future(n=6).CONCLUSION The new preparation is rational in formula,simple in quality control and good in stability.It has a good prospects for future development.更多还原
