【摘要】 目的分析宁夏产沙葱挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取、乙醚萃取沙葱中的挥发油,利用GC-MS分析其化学成分。结果共鉴定出15种组分,占挥发油总量的94.5%,其含量较高的前3种为肉桂酸乙酯(22.6%)、二乙基二缩醛(22.1%)和草酸二丁酯(11.0%)。结论为沙葱资源的开发利用提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyse the chemical components of Allium mongolicum Regel growing in Ningxia so as to make full use of the volatile oil extracted from it.METHODS The volatile oil of Allium mongolicum Regel was distilled by steam distillation and extracted by diethyl ether.The volatile compounds and their relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS.RESULTS Fifteen chemical components among them were identified,which took up 94.5% of total compounds.Major volatile compounds were ethylcinnamate(22.6%),diethyl acetate(22.1%),and dibutytoxalate(11.0%).CONCLUSION The data provided theoretical foundation for making further use of Allium mongolicum Regel.更多还原
