【摘要】 目的测定盐酸帕罗西汀片剂的含量。方法采用HPLC法,C18柱,以甲醇-0.02 mol.L-1NaH2PO4(60:40,磷酸调pH4.0)为流动相,检测波长295 nm。结果回归方程为:A=1.494×104C+1.653×103(r=0.9999),在10-100 mg.L-1的范围内,帕罗西汀浓度与峰面积之间线性关系良好,日内、日间的RSD<2%,平均回收率为101.15%(RSD=0.77%)。结论所建方法准确、简便、检测成本低,可用于盐酸帕罗西汀片含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a new RP-HPLC method to determine the content of Paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.METHODS Common ODS collumn was used for separating acided samples with methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4(60:40,adjusting to pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase and detective wavelength was set at 295 nm.RESULTS Paroxetine presented a good linearity within the concentration range of 10-100 mg·L-1,meanwhile both the inter-day and intra-day precision was less than 2%,and the mean recovery was 100.15% with RSD of 0.77%.CONCLUSION This method is accurate,simple and low-cost for Paroxetine hydrochloride determination.更多还原
