【摘要】 目的建立测定民族药岩陀药材中岩白菜素含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(25:75);检测波长275 nm。结果线性范围为0.2556-1.2780μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.59%,RSD=1.85%。结论所建立的方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可用于岩陀药材及其制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for content determination of bergenin in ethnodrug Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl.by HPLC.METHODS Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(25:75).Detection wavelength was 275 nm.RESULTS The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.2556-1.2780 μg(r=0.9999).The mean recovery was 99.59% with RSD of 1.85%.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,simple and accurate.It can be used to control quality of Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl.and its preparations.更多还原
