【摘要】 目的建立测定伸舒活乳膏剂中总阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,用C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-2%冰醋酸(32:68);检测波长320 nm;柱温30℃;流速1ml.min-1。结果阿魏酸在4.55~91.00μg.ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9998),方法回收率为98.78%,RSD=2.67%(n=9)。结论所建方法快速、准确、重复性好,适用于制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC for determining total ferulic acid in Shenshuhuo creams.METHODS Diamonsil C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol-2% acetic acid(32:68).The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0 ml·min-1.RESULTS The linear range of ferulic acid was in the range of 4.5591.00 μg·ml-1(r2=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.78% with the RSD of 2.67%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is rapid,highly accurate,precise and reproducable.It can be used to control the quality of Shenshuhuo cream.更多还原
