【Abstract】 Flavonoids are polyphenolic secondary metabolites produced by plants,most of them show biological activities such as antibacterial,anticancer and antioxidative activities.It is reported that chemical modification of glycosidation maybe improve their biological activities.,stability and water solubility.Advances in glycosidatiion modification of flavonoids were reviewed in this paper.更多还原
