4-烯丁氧基-2-羟基丙磺酸钠接枝改性聚乙烯醇的研究
Study on the graft copolymerization of sodium 3-(but-3-enyloxy)-2-hydroxypropane-1-sulfonate onto polyvinyl alcohol
【摘要】 以水为溶剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,将4-烯丁氧基-2-羟基丙磺酸钠(AGES)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行自由基接枝反应,对改性反应生成物进行分离得到了AGES-g-PVA接枝物。对AGES-g-PVA接枝物用IR、XRD、DTA和TG进行了结构表征。结果表明:随着引发剂浓度增大、AGES用量提高、反应时间延长及反应温度的升高,AGES对PVA接枝率增大。
【Abstract】 A graft copolymer of AGES-g-PVA was prepared by free radical polymerization with sodium 3-(but-3-enyloxy)-2-hydroxypropane-1-sulfonate(AGES) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),and with ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator and H2O as solvent.IR,XRD,DTA and TG were used for the confirmation of graft copolymer of AGES-g-PVA formation.It was found that the percentage of grafting increases with the increase of initiator,AGES concentration,time and temperature.
