脱氢松香酸β-萘酚酯的合成
Synthesis of dehydroabitetic acid-β-naphthol ester
【Abstract】 Dehydroabitetic acid-β-naphthol ester was prepared by O-acylation reaction of dehydroabitetic acid and β-naphthol in the presence of pyridine as catalyst.The main influence factors were studied and the optimum reaction conditions were found by orthogonal experimental design to be as follows∶ reaction temperature 100℃,reaction time 3.0h,the molar ratio of dehydroabitetic acyl chloride to pyridine 1∶1.4,the molar ratio of dehydroabitetic acyl chloride to β-naphthol 1∶1.2,the yield amounted to 78.5% with the purity of 97.62%.The target product was analyzed and characterized by IR,TLC and GC-MS methods.
