可循环利用的固体氧化剂两相氧化偶联合成2-氨基-2’-羟基-1,1’-联萘的研究
Study on Synthesis of 2-Amino-2’-hydroxy-1,1’-binaphthyl by Two-phase Oxidative Coupling with a Cyclic Solid Oxidant
【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备了不同负载量的FeCl3/Al2O3固体氧化剂,并考察了载体和溶剂对氧化2-萘胺和2-萘酚交叉偶联的影响.结果表明:在60℃,氯苯作溶剂的情况下,含TiO2(质量分数)5%的载体,负载10%FeCl3时2-氨基-2’-羟基-1,1’-联萘(NOBIN)的收率最高达到了95.01%;用过的固体氧化剂经H2O2氧化处理后活性明显恢复,证明此法是一条循环再生的有效途径.
【Abstract】 Various solid-oxidants with different loadings of FeCl3 on Al2O3 were prepared by impregnation. The effects of support and solvent on the oxidative cross-coupling of 2-naphthol with 2-naphthylamine using FeCl3/Al2O3 were studied. Up to 95.01% yield of 2-amino-2’-hydroxy-1,1’-binaphthyl (NOBIN) was ob-tained in chlorobenzene using the oxidant with 10% FeCl3 loading on the support containing 5% TiO2 at 60 ℃. The activity of the used oxidant was improved by treatment with H2O2,which provided an effective method to regenerate the solid-oxidant.
