四-α-(2-甲基-8-喹啉氧基)酞菁金属配合物的合成、表征及光敏活性研究
Synthesis,Characterization and Photosensitivity Study of Tetrakis-α-(2-methyl-8-quinolinoxy)metallophthalocyanines
【摘要】 利用DBU催化法合成得到4种两亲性的四-α-(2-甲基-8-喹啉氧基)酞菁金属配合物[金属=Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)],同时分别进行了元素分析、质谱、UV-Vis、IR光谱表征.测定了它们在670nm光激发下产生单线态氧的速率及光动力氧化氨基酸底物的速率常数,探讨了它们光敏活性的构效关系.
【Abstract】 Cobalt(Ⅱ),nickel(Ⅱ),copper(Ⅱ)and zinc(Ⅱ)coordination compounds of tetrakis-α-(2-methyl-8-quinolinoxy)phthalocyanine were synthesized by means of "DBU method".The title complexes were char-acterized by elemental analysis,mass spectrum,UV-Vis and IR spectra.In addition,the rates of photo-generating singlet oxygen and the rate constants of photodynamic oxidation of amino-acid for the complexes were measured by irradiation of laser at 670 nm,and the relations between their structures and photosensitivities were discussed.
