【Abstract】 A minilibrary of 18 kinds of 2-substituted benzimidazole derivatives was synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with the corresponding acid in the presence of PPA under microwave irradiation.The compounds were obtained in good yields and the reaction time was shortened to 20min.The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and1H NMR.更多还原
