聚苯胺复合修饰电极对抗坏血酸的电催化氧化

【摘要】 研究了聚苯胺/聚乙烯磺酸盐(PAn/PVS)复合修饰电极的制备及其在中性缓冲溶液中对抗坏血酸(AH2)的电催化性能。结果表明,该复合修饰电极对抗坏血酸具有良好的电催化作用,其催化氧化峰电位为80 mV,催化氧化的温度系数为2.62%/°C。在浓度为1.0×10-6-5.0×10-3mol/L范围内,催化电流与抗坏血酸的浓度具有良好的线性关系。

【Abstract】 The preparation of polyanline/polyvinylsulfonste(PAn/PVS) composite modified microelectrode and its electrocatalytic properties to ascorbic acid in neutral buffered solution were investigated.The experimental results showed that the PAn/PVS composite modified electrode has good electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of ascorbic acid.The optimum voltage is about 80 mV,and the temperature coefficient of the limiting current for oxidation of ascorbic acid at the modified electrode is(2.62%)/°C.The catalytic currents are proportional to the concentrations of ascorbic acid in the range of(1.0)×10-6~(5.0)×10-3 mol/L.
