无卤磷酸酯蜜胺盐聚合物膨胀型阻燃剂的合成及其应用
Synthesis of a Non-halogen Intumescent Flame Retardant:Phosphate Melamine Salt Polymer and Its Application
【摘要】 以五氧化二磷-淀粉-蜜胺为原料,合成了无卤环状类磷酸酯蜜胺盐聚合物(IFR),实验显示原料摩尔配比为1.4∶1∶2的IFR的阻燃性能最佳,该阻燃剂阻燃聚丙烯的极限氧指数(LOI)可以达到30.2。傅里叶红外光谱分析表明该阻燃剂具有环状结构,在热重分析中该阻燃剂表现出优异的热稳定性和很高的成碳性。以该阻燃剂掺入聚丙烯中,结果表明它是一种良好的阻燃剂。
【Abstract】 A non-halogen intumescent flame retardant(IFR) was synthesized from starch phosphoric pentoxide and melamine.The IFR was tested and showed the best flame retardant performance when the molar ratio of starch: phosphoric acid∶melamine was 1.4∶1∶2,FT IR spectroscopic analysis showed that the IFR was in the form of a cyclic structure.TG/DTG curves indicated excellent thermal stability and carbonization characteristic of IFR.The performance of the flame retardant was good when it was blended with polypropytene.
