EDTA无汞无铬滴定法快速测定废水中铁含量研究

【摘要】 研究了采用EDTA无汞无铬滴定法快速测定废水中铁含量的方法。水样经酸分解并消除干扰后,在pH 1.5~2.5的热溶液中,以N-苯甲酰羟胺为指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液直接滴定Fe3+。测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD<0.4%,加标回收率在96.5%~100.4%之间。结果表明,改进后的方法简单、快速、准确、干扰小,无污染,适合于实际生产和学生实验。本法不使用剧毒的HgCl2和K2Cr2O7,能保护环境、防止污染。

【Abstract】 This study relates to a rapid method for determining the iron content in wastewater by means of the mercury and chromium free EDTA titration.After dissolving of the wastewater sample in acid and removal of any disturbance that could affect the test results,the Fe3+ content in the hot solution with a pH value of 1.5~2.5 was then titrated with the standard EDTA solution using N-phenylbenzohydroxamic acid as the indicator.The relative standard deviation was 0.4%,and the recovery rate of the add standard was between 96.5%~100.4%.The results showed that the improved method was simple,quick,accurate,and pollution free with less disturbance on analytical results.This method can be used in actual production practice as well as in experiments intended for training the students.Toxic HgCl2 and K2Cr2O7 are not used in this method.Therefore,it causes no pollution and is beneficial to environmental protection.
