取代水杨醛席夫碱的合成及其对昆虫酚氧化酶的抑制活性
Synthesis of substituted salicyl Schiff base and their activity for inhibition of phenoloxidase of Pieris Rapae(L.)
【摘要】 由取代水杨醛与取代苯胺反应,合成了两类14种取代水杨醛席夫碱化合物,其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析确证。测试了目标化合物对菜青虫酚氧化酶活力的抑制作用,结果表明,在浓度为0.1 mmol/L和0.2 mmol/L时部分化合物对该酶有较好的抑制活性。
【Abstract】 Two series of compounds containing fourteen new substituted salicyl Schiff bases were synthesized by reactions of substituted salicylic aldehyde with substituted aniline,and were characterized by IR,1HNMR and elemental analysis.Meanwhile,the effect on inhibition of the phenoloxidase of Pieris Rapae(L.) was tested.Primary results showed that some of the compounds displayed potential inhibitory activity at a concentration ranging from 0.10 mmol/L to 0.20 mmol/L.
