【Abstract】 The chiral auxiliary reagent (-)-1R,2S,5R-8-(4-bromophenyl)menthol was synthesized by the 1,4-addition,reduction,hydrolysis,bromination reaction using R-(+)-pulegone as the starting material.The overall yield was 77%.The structure of the chiral auxiliary was characterized by 1HNMR,13CNMR,and IR.更多还原
