顶空-气相色谱法同时测定塑料食品包装袋中11种有机溶剂残留量

【摘要】 采用顶空-气相色谱法对食品塑料包装材料中可能残留的溶剂丙酮、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、异丙醇、正丁醇、甲苯、二甲苯等进行了分析。方法采用HP-FFAP色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器FID检测,11种溶剂能够完全分离,线性较好,样品加标回收率苯系物介于74%~78%,其他溶剂介于86%~95%,最低检出限可达0.002mg/m2。测定了10种不同材质的塑料包装材料中的溶剂残留量和苯系物残留量,方法简便、快速、重现性好,完全能满足塑料包装材料中溶剂残留量的分析。

【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of solvent residues (acetone,ethyl acetate,butanone,isopropyl alcohol,ethanol,benzene,methylbenzene,butyl alcohol,o-xylene,m-xylene,and p-xylene) in the plastic packing material for food by headspace gas chromatography was established.During the experiments,10 kinds of plastic packing materials were analyzed.The HP-FFAP column and hydrogen flame ionization detector were selected,and 11 kinds of solvents were separated from each other completely.Results showed the good linearity range of this method.The recovery of benzene was in the range of 74%~78%,while the recovery of other compounds were in the range of 86%~95%,and the detection limit was 0.002 mg/m2.This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be applied for determining the solvent residues in the plastic packing materials.
