计算机程序-多波长直线回归法测定复方氯麻滴鼻液中三组分的含量

【摘要】 研究建立了测定复方氯麻滴鼻液中三组分含量的计算机程序-多波长直线回归法。在240.4~280.1 nm波长区间选择31个波长点测定吸收值,采用三组分多波长直线回归法计算机程序进行计算,直接测得氯霉素、盐酸麻黄碱和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。氯霉素、盐酸麻黄碱和地塞米松磷酸钠的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为100.6%、1.3%,99.3%、0.80%和98.9%、1.5%。该方法简单、快速、准确、可用于复方氯麻滴鼻液的质量控制。

【Abstract】 A method for determining the content of chloramphenicol,ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in nasal drops by computer program-multi wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry was established.The 31 wavelengths at 240.4~280.1 nm were selected as the measuring wavelengths;and this program of multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry was applied in computation.The said method was applied for the direct determination of chloramphenicol,ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in nasal drops.The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of chloramphenicol,ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 100.6%,1.3%,99.3%,0.80% and 98.9%,1.5%,respectively.This method was simple,rapid,accurate,which can be used for determination of chloramphenicol、ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in the compound chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drops.
