3种咪唑桥联铜锌异双核配合物的模拟超氧化物歧化酶的研究
Studies on three Cu(Ⅱ)-Zn(Ⅱ) heterobinuclear complexes mimiced as SOD bridged by imidazolate
【摘要】 用核黄素光照法测定了3种咪唑桥联铜(Ⅱ)-锌(Ⅱ)异双核配合物[(dien)Cu imZn(tren)](ClO4)3、[(tren)Cu imZn(tren)](ClO4)3和[(trien)CuimZn(tren)](ClO4)3的超氧化物歧化酶活性。对各模型化合物活性和结构的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,它们均在10-6-10-7mol/L的浓度范围内有50%以上抑制率。
【Abstract】 By using the riboflavin illumination method,the SOD activity of three Cu(Ⅱ)-Zn(Ⅱ) heterobinuclear complexes bridged by imidazolate[(dien)Cu im Zn(tren)](ClO4)3,[(tren)Cu im Zn(tren)](ClO4)3 and[(trien)Cu im Zn(tren)](ClO4)3(where dien=diethylenetriamine,tren=2,2′,2″-triaminotriethylamine,trien=triethylenetetraamine,im=imidazolate anion),was measured.The relationship between the SOD activity and the structure of model compounds was discussed.The results showed that all complexes at a concentration in the range of 10-6 to 10-7 mol/L demonstrated an over 50% inhibition ratio.
