用于色谱分析固相萃取(SPE)技术的演变和现状

【摘要】 SPE是一种最常使用的样品制备方法,不仅适于萃取富集空气中痕量有机化合物,而且也广泛用于水样的预处理和许多生物样品中被测定组分的富集。阐述了半个世纪以来SPE的演变过程,简述了各种类型SPE材料的性能和特点,实际分析中常用的SPE材料有无机物如硅胶和弗罗里硅土;键合各种化学基团的硅胶;苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯的聚合物,以及带各种极性基团的这种聚合物;各种碳吸附剂。还简述了近年开发出来的高选择SPE材料,如免疫吸附剂、分子印迹聚合物。

【Abstract】 Solid-phase extraction(SPE)is a popular method for sample preparation.It is not only suitable for concentration of trace amount of organic compounds in air but also used abroad in preprocessing of aqueous samples and biomedicine samples.In this paper the evolution of solid-phase extraction used in chromatography during a half of century was described.It was discussed that the nature and properties of all sorts of adsorbents.The SPE sorbents commonly used in practice are inorganic compounds such as silica gel and Florisil,a great variety of chemically bonded silica,the polymeric materials based on styrene-(divinylbenzene) and its modifiers,and new carbon adsorbents.The compound-specific and class-specific sorbents such as restricted access sorbents,immunosorbents and molecularly imprinted polymer sorbents were introduced briefly.
