羟基氟硅油改性聚醚型聚氨酯的研究
Study of Polyether Polyurethane Modified with Hydroxy Fluorosilicone Oil
【摘要】 用乙二胺作催化剂对3,3,3-三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷(D3F)进行阴离子开环聚合,生成了羟基氟硅油(D3FOH);利用氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对D3FOH封端,生成有机胺结构的氟硅氧烷;用氟硅氧烷对聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体改性,研究并分析不同质量百分含量的氟硅氧烷对生成的聚氨酯在耐热性、力学性能、表面接触角方面的影响。
【Abstract】 D3F was open loop anionically polymerized with ethylenediamine as catalyst to form hydroxyl fluorosilicone oil ((D3FOH) which was further end-capped with KH550 to form amine-terminated fluorosilicone which was then modified with polyether polyurethane prepolymer.Effects of differently contented amine-terminated fluorosilicone on heat resistance, mechanical property and surface contact angle were analysed.
