聚合物改性砂浆耐久性的试验研究
Experimental Study of Durability of Polymer-Modified Mortar
【摘要】 正交试验表明,聚合物干粉改性砂浆相对普通砂浆,折压比增加了69%,粘结强度增长了22.48倍,最大渗透压增加了6个级别,失水率下降了34.8%,干缩率减少了16%,明显改善了砂浆性能。
【Abstract】 Orthogonal experiments indicated that,compared with ordinary mortar,ratio of flexural to compressive strength for powdered polymer-modified mortar increased by 69%,bonding strength enhanced by 22.48 times,Maximum penetra- tion pressure rose by 6 quantitative levels,moisture loss dropped by 34.8%,dry shrinkage reduced by16%,thus markedly improving performance of the mortar.
