络合酸浸法回收废甲醇催化剂新工艺

【摘要】 甲醇作为一种重要的化工原料,产量日益增加,对其合成过程使用催化剂的回收也就显得极其迫切和重要。本文介绍采用络合酸浸法以废甲醇催化剂为原料制备五水硫酸铜和活性氧化锌的新工艺。工艺操作简单,产品附加值高、质量分别达到GB437-80和GB/T3185-92标准,经济和社会效益好,为回收利用废甲醇催化剂和消除其对环境污染开辟一条新途径。

【Abstract】 As an important chemical,methanol’s production is increasing,it is urgent and important to research on the recovery of the used catalyst.A new process which produce copper sulfate pentahydrate and activated zinc oxide from the used catalyst by soaking in complex acid has been introduced in this paper.The process is simple and the product has high additional value,the quality reaches to GB437-80 and GB/T3185-92.The value in economy and in society is great.A new path is proposed to recover the used catalyst in the preparation of methanol and to eliminate environmental pollution.
