【Abstract】 Saponification,urea adduct purification and alkali catalyst were applied for the isomerization of evening primrose oil to conjugated linoleic acid(CLA).The component of fatty acid in three steps were analyzed by GC-MS.The effeeting factors such as reaction time,reaction temperature and amount of alkali were dis- cussed.The optimal conditions were obtained by orthogonal test.更多还原
