月苋草油碱异构化的研究
Study on isomerization of evening primrose oil over supported alkali catalyst
【摘要】 以月苋草油为原料,经过皂化、脲包富集,碱性异构化等步骤的反应,制备共轭亚油酸CLA。GC-MS分析了这3个阶段的脂肪酸组成变化,产品中即含有CLA,又含有亚麻酸。研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂的用量对共轭转化率的影响,正交试验确定了最佳反应条件。
【Abstract】 Saponification,urea adduct purification and alkali catalyst were applied for the isomerization of evening primrose oil to conjugated linoleic acid(CLA).The component of fatty acid in three steps were analyzed by GC-MS.The effeeting factors such as reaction time,reaction temperature and amount of alkali were dis- cussed.The optimal conditions were obtained by orthogonal test.
