硫化铅纳米晶的电子束辐射合成方法及表征
Electron beam irradiation synthesis and attribute of lead sulphide nano crystal
【摘要】 选用Pb(Ac)2为铅源,分别以Na2S2O3和硫代乙酰胺为硫源,分别以PVA、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙二胺为表面活性剂,在一定剂量电子束辐射下,元素Pb和S发生反应,合成均匀分散的PbS纳米晶体颗粒。用X射线粉末衍射,原子力显微镜,紫外光谱和荧光光谱对产物的组成、大小、形貌以及发光效应进行表征。结果表明,产物纳米PbS为立方晶系结构,平均粒径为30nm.
【Abstract】 Pbs nano crystal was synthesized by element Pb from Pb(Ac)2 and S from Na2S2O2 and C2H5NS under definite quantity electron beam condition by using PVA,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and ethylenedia- mine as surfactant.The composition,volume,shape and luminescent effect were determined by X-ray powder diffraction,atomic force microscope,ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.The results showed that nano PbS is crystal system cubic structure,average particle size is 30nm.
