硼镁石矿真空热还原试验研究

【摘要】 为使辽宁省宽甸地区具有代表性的高镁低硅型硼镁石矿得到科学、合理的利用,本试验首次利用真空热还原法来分离这种矿,分别采用铝粉和硅铝合金粉为还原剂,运用正交法,研究在不同的还原温度、时间和制团压力等条件下镁的还原率.结果表明,以硅铝合金粉为还原剂,在还原温度为1453K、还原时间为2h、制团压力为35MPa、还原剂过量系数为+5%时,金属镁的还原率可达43%,纯度达到98%.另外,经分析试验余料可以用做生产无碱玻璃纤维的原料.

【Abstract】 In order to effectively utilize the ascharite minerals, which contain high MgO and low SiO2, in Kuandian region in Liaoning Province, the paper studies the vacuum-thermal reduction of ascharite with aluminum powder and silicon-aluminum alloy powder as reductants. Experiments are carried out under the conditions of various temperature, time, briquetting pressure and excess of reductant. The results show that, with silicon-aluminum alloy powder as reductant, when reduction temperature is 1 453 K, reduction time is 2 h, briquetting pressure is 35 MPa, excess reductant is +5%, the magnesium reduction degree can reach 43%, and the purity of the magnesium metal can reach 98%. In addition, according to chemical analysis, the residual of the reduction process could be used as raw materials to produce non-alkali glass fiber.
