【摘要】 在强调安全检查中证据采集重要性的同时,对《船舶安全检查通知书》、《亚太地区港口国监督检查报告》以及数据照片的法律证据性质作了分析。

【Abstract】 This paper, while emphasizing the importance of evidence collection in the safety inspection, provides analysis of the legal evidence nature of the Notice of Ship Safety Inspection, the Report of Port State Control Inspection for Asia-Pacific Region, and photo evidence.
