18、19世纪的苏格兰大学及其影响
Scotland’s universities and their influences in the 18th and 19th centuries
【摘要】 苏格兰的大学体系起源于中世纪末期,在18世纪和19世纪达到鼎盛。这一时期的苏格兰大学特色鲜明、影响深远。苏格兰大学的独特特色体现在采用教授制、实施博雅教育,云集了许多杰出人物,其影响具有世界性。
【Abstract】 The system of Scotland’s university originates from the medieval age,and flourishes in the 18thand 19thcenturies.Scotland’s universities form their peculiar features of professorship,versatility,and give out far-reaching influences worldwide.
