基于ARM和μC/OS-Ⅱ的数字控制送丝系统的研究
Research on digital control wire feeding system based on ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ
【摘要】 针对熔化极气体保护焊目前存在的问题,考虑到现有的模拟控制送丝系统响应速度慢、控制精度低、稳定性差的现状,设计了基于ARM和μC/OS-Ⅱ的数字控制送丝系统。本系统以LPC2290 ARM处理器作为系统的硬件核心,并在LPC2290 ARM处理器中成功移植了μC/OS-II实时操作系统。通过网压波动试验和软管状态变化试验,结果表明:该系统送丝速度变化率在两种情况下均小于10%,不仅符合JB/T8748—1998,MIG/MAG弧焊机标准要求,而且大大提高了系统的控制精度、稳定性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 According to the existing problems of gas shielded arc welding and considering the present state of slow response speed, poor control accuracy, poor stability in existing simulating control wire feeding system, an original wire feeding system of digital control based on ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ has been designed in the paper. The kernel hardware in this system is the LPC2290 ARM processor in which the μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system has been transplanted successfully. The experiment results show that the change rate of wire feeding speed is under the 10% either in the test of variable voltage or in the test of variable wire feeder tube, which not only answer for the standard of JB/T 8748—1998,MIG/MAG arc welding machine but also improve the control accuracy, stability and reliability of welding system.
