【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预在16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的作用。方法对我院2005年11月-2007年4月行16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的450例患者检查前实施相关护理措施。结果419例患者心率被控制在70次以下。16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的影像质量受心率、心率波动幅度和呼吸幅度影响。有效的护理干预能帮助降低心率和心率波动幅度,平缓呼吸幅度。结论有效的护理干预有助于改善影像质量,对冠状动脉CTA成功检查非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate nursing care on 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods Before 16-lice CT coronary angiography, 450 patients who had examination from January 2006 to January 2007 received the relative nursing cares. Results 419 patients’s heart rate were controlled under 70 bpm and examed successfully. Image quality of 16-slice CT coronary angiography affected by the patient’s heart rate, fluctuation of heart rate and breathing artifact. Carefully nursing can help patients to decrease the heart rate and the fluctuation of heart rate, and also can smooth the breathing movement. Conclusion It is very important to nurse carefully on CT coronary angiography and assisting the doctor to finish the examination.更多还原
