【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the significance of establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher learning institutions. Three ways to establish harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher learning institutions are also presented, namely, broadening the channels of communication between teachers and students, strengthening the education of "teachers’ love for students" as well as establishing and perfecting the education mechanism of psychology harmony.更多还原
