3-(2-苯基-1,2,3-三唑基-4-基)-5-芳基-4,4-二氢吡唑啉衍生物的合成
Syntheses of 3-(2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazole-4-yl)-5-Aryl-4,4-Dihydro Pyrazoline Derivatives
【摘要】 由2-苯基-1,2,3-接三唑-4-甲酸为原料合成2-苯基-4-乙酰基-1,2,3-接三唑,产物与各类取代苯甲醛合成α,β-不饱和酮,最终和苯肼反应合成吡唑啉衍生物,产物经元素分析、IR、HNMR及MS加以确证.
【Abstract】 2-phenyl-4-formyl-1,2,3-triazole was synthesized from 2-phenyl-1,2,3-triazole-4-acid.Then α,β-unsaturatedketon(1a~1d) was got from 2-phenyl-4-acetyl-1,2,3-triazole and a series of benzaldehydes,which reacted with phenylhydrazine under refluxing to give pyrazoline derivatives.The structures of the products were confirmed with IR,1HNMR,MS and elementary analyses,and their spectrum character was also discussed.
