【摘要】 诚信原则是民事活动最核心、最基本的原则,当前大学生群体在人际交往、学术研究,就业求职以及助学贷款等活动中存在诚信缺失现象,其产生的主要原因是由于家庭学校诚信教育中的缺失,社会转型及市场经济的负面影响和社会信用管理制度的不完善造成的。培养大学生的诚信素质,既要靠家庭和学校教育,完善和健全他们的公民人格与公民意识,也要靠建立相应的制度来约束。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principle of credit is the most nuclear and the most essential principle in civil activities.It is also the most basic ethic in China’s traditional morality.Consequently,the principle of credit takes on a double character of ethic and law and it is a kind of virtue,liability and duty.However,the phenomenon of college students’ lack of credit has frequently occurred.This paper mainly summarizes several phenomena of college students’ lack of credit in the activities of communication with others,science research,employment and job-hunting and student loan and finally analyzes its reasons.Besides,it puts forward that the improvement of the college students’ credit quality should not only depend on families and higher schools to develop and complete their citizen personality and consciousness,but also establish a credit system to restrict them.更多还原
