【摘要】 技术创新是企业形成核心竞争能力,保持竞争优势的源泉。社会资本对知识资本存在正向影响,而知识资本又对技术创新存在正向影响。通过对华南地区160家企业进行调查研究,对企业的社会资本、知识资本对技术创新的这种正向影响进行验证。实证结果表明:社会资本通过对组织学习显著的正向影响来影响企业知识整合的能力,而知识整合对技术创新则存在显著的正向影响。因此,企业的内部社会资本必须通过知识资本的形成和整合才能对技术创新产生影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation enables enterprises to form core competitiveness,and to keep a competitive strength.Society capital has a positive influence on knowledge capital,while knowledge capital has a positive effect on technological innovation.Bu making the investigation of 160 enterprises in South China and verifying the effects of social capital and knowledge capital on technological innovation,the paper shows that social capital can have an influence on the ability of the enterprises knowledge integration,and knowledge integration can have an positive effect on technological innovation.
