【摘要】 目的:观察益气健脾法治疗胸腔恶性积液的临床疗效。方法:60例胸腔恶性积液患者随机分成顺铂(Cislaztin,DDP)组、中药组、中药+DDP组,每组各20例,中药采用益气健脾利水汤(黄芪、白术、党参、茯苓、猪苓、泽泻、牛膝、大腹皮、莱菔子、枳壳等)内服,化疗药物采用DDP治疗,3组均以30d为1个疗程。观察各组临床疗效、生存质量、毒性及不良反应。结果:顺铂组总有效率为50.0%,中药组总有效率为85.0%,中药+DDP组总有效率为85.0%,后两组总有效率与化疗组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),中药组与中药+DDP组总有效率比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),且中药组和中药+DDP组比化疗组的毒性及反应发生率低,生存质量有明显改善。结论:益气健脾利水法配合化疗能提高化疗敏感性,克服临床化疗耐药性,减轻化疗的毒性及不良反应,保持机体内环境的稳定和良好的体质状态,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of the methods of strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi and promoting liquid in the treatment of malignant hydrothorax.Methods:60 patients of malignant hydrothorax were randomized averagely into chemotherapy(DDP)group,Chinese drug group and Chinese drug added Cislaztin(DDP)group.Chinese drug group were given orally the decoction for strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi and promoting liquid.Chemotherapy(DDP)group were treated with chemotherapeutic drug-DDP.Each group has a treatment course of 30 days.Observe the clinical curative effect,living quality,toxicity and adverse reaction of each group.Results:The total effective rate of chemotherapy(DDP)group is 50.00%,and that of other two groups is 85.0%.There was significant difference between chemotherapy(DDP)group and the other two groups(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference between Chinese drug group and Chinese drug added Cislaztin(DDP)group(P>0.05),and the occurring rate of toxicity of the two groups was lower and the living quality was apparently improved.Conclusions:The methods of strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi and promoting liquid combined with the chemotherapy can increase the chemotherapeutic sensitivity,overcome the clinically chemotherapeutic resistance,relieve the toxicity and adverse reaction,keep the stability of inner conditions and good physical condition and promote the living quality.更多还原
