【摘要】 目的:探讨余甘子的药物归经。方法:取小鼠20只,随机分为余甘子组和空白对照组,分别灌胃9%余甘子煎液和生理盐水,7天后剖取肺、肾、肝、脾、胃、心、大肠、小肠、膀胱,测定各组织中cAMP、cGMP、cAMP/cGMP含量。结果:余甘子组心、肺、胃组织cGMP含量显著降低,小肠组织cGMP含量显著升高;心、脾、肾、小肠、膀胱组织cAMP含量显著升高,胃组织cAMP含量显著降低;心、脾、肺、肾、胃组织cAMP/cGMP值差异显著。结论:余甘子归经为心、脾、肺、肾、胃、小肠、膀胱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the meridian tropism of Tibetan drug Yuganzi.Methods:Twenty mice were randomly divided into Yuganzi control group and non-Yuganzi control group.They were respectively given gastric perfusion of 9% Yuganzi decoction and physiological saline.Seven days later,their lungs,kidneys,livers,spleens,stomachs,hearts,large intestine,small intestine and urinal bladder were taken out to measure the content of cAMP,cGMP,and cAMP/cGMP of tissues.Results:In Yuganzi group the content of cGMP in the tissues of the heart,lung and stomach apparently decreased,while the content of cGMP in the small intestine tissue obviously increased;the content of cAMP in the tissues of the heart,spleen,kidney,small intestine and urinary bladder tissues obviously increased,and the content of cAMP in the stomach tissue apparently decreased.There was a significant difference between the content of cAMP and that of cGMP in the tissues of the heart,spleen,lung,kidney and stomach.Conclusion:The meridian tropism of Yuganzi contains the heart,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,small intestine and the urinary bladder.更多还原
