地黄对家兔阴虚热盛证型发热的解热作用

【摘要】 目的:研究地黄对家兔阴虚热盛证型发热的解热作用。方法:采用速尿和大肠杆菌内毒素复制家兔阴虚热盛证动物模型,通过测定造模、给药前后体温、血浆cAMP含量、cAMP/cGMP比值以及外周血象的变化,研究地黄对家兔阴虚热盛证型发热的解热作用。结果:地黄水提液可显著降低阴虚热盛证型家兔发热高峰值,并缩短发热时间;抑制阴虚热盛证型发热家兔血浆cAMP含量过高及cAMP/cGMP比值升高;有改善阴虚热盛证型发热家兔血浆白细胞急剧降低和升高的趋势。结论:地黄水提液对家兔阴虚热盛证型发热有显著性的解热效应,其作用机理可能与降低阴虚热盛证型发热的发热介质cAMP过高水平有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the fever-reducing function of Dihuang on rabbit’s fever of extreme heat due to yin deficiency syndrome (RFEHYDS). Methods: Furosemide Injection and Colitixin were used to duplicate models of RFEHYDS. The change of temperature before and after the model-making and administration, the content of plasma cAMP, quotient of cAMP and cGMP and the peripheral blood picture was examined to study the fever-preducing function of Dihuang on RFEHYDS. Results: Dihuang liquid extract could remarkably reduce the fever peak value and shorten the fever time of RFEHYDS. It could restrain the excessive content of cAMP and the increase of the quotient of cAMP and cGMP. It could change the trend of rapid increase or decrease of plasma leukocyte of RFEHYDS. Conclusion: Dihuang liquid extract has a remarkable fever-reducing function on RFEHYDS, and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of excessive content of the fever medium cAMP of RFEHYDS.
