【摘要】 目的探讨离子沉淀法提取分离三叶虫茶中多酚类物质的最佳方法。方法采用加热回流提取,Al3+、Zn2+复合离子沉淀法分离提取三叶虫茶中的多酚类物质,通过正交试验优化提取工艺。结果在90℃下,用45%乙醇加热回流3次,每次30min,料液比(w:v)为1:10时提取效果最好。结论三叶虫茶中多酚类物质用离子沉淀法能简单有效的提取。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the optimal technics of extracting Polyphenols in Aglossa Dimidiata with ion chemical sedimentation.Methods Polyphenols in aglossa dimidiata was extracted by heating-circumfluence and separated by Al3+,Zn2+ precipitation technique and the preference condition was established by orthogonal tests.Results The best extracting condition was with 45% ethanol to operate heating circumfluence,at 90 ℃ for 3 times and 30 minutes per time,and the ratio 1:10(w/v).Conclusions Polyphenols in aglossa dimidiata can be availably extracted by the ion chemical sedimentation.更多还原
