【摘要】 目的:观察运用中西医结合方法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将就诊的128例消化性溃疡患者按照随机化原则分为两组,治疗组给予常规西医治疗合用中药平胃乌贝汤,对照组给予常规西医治疗。治疗28~56 d后观察临床症状,复查胃镜下的变化。结果:治疗组有效率95.31%,复发率7.69%,对照组有效率82.81%,复发率16%。治疗组治愈率、显效率均优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating peptic ulcer.Method: 128 cases with peptic ulcer were divided randomly into 2 groups.The treatment was treated with pingweiwubei decoction and common western medicine.The control was treated with common western medicine.The clinical symptom and change of gastroscope were observed after 28～56 days.Result: the effective power is 93.1% and recurrence rate is 92.26% in treatment and 82.81% and 18% in control.Conclusion: there is better effect in combined Chinese medicine and western medicine to treating peptic ulcer.更多还原
