【摘要】 目的:筛选胃疼宁分散片的处方。方法:考察微晶纤维素(MCC)、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPP)、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)、交联羧甲基纤维素钠(CCMC-Na)等辅料对中药提取物压制成的胃疼宁分散片质量的影响。结果:处方4制备的胃疼宁分散片符合药典中分散片的标准。结论:处方4适合生产胃疼宁分散片。更多还原
