【摘要】 目的:青羊参为萝摩科鹅绒藤属(Cynanchum)植物青羊参(Radix Cynanchi Otophy11i)的干燥根,是云南省的地方性药材,本文对青羊参进行了生药学研究,找出鉴别生药青羊参的有效方法。方法:野外采集结合查阅文献、作显微及理化鉴别研究。结果:对青羊参进行了较系统的生药学研究,找出了生药的外观性状、根的横切面与粉末的显微特征和理化鉴别方法,并绘制了青羊参根横切面详图及简图和显微照像粉末特征图。结论:本项研究对青羊参的真伪鉴别、开发利用、制定药材质量标准,提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The traditional Chinese medicine Radix Cynanchi Otophlli is AS-CI epiadaceae of cynachum otophylli linn.It used be painted at yunnan province.In this dissertation,pharmacognosy on Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid was studied.To provide an available pharmacognostical identification methods of the Cynanchum ot otophllum Schneid.Methods:Studies were carried out on the morphological identificaltion,microscopic identification and chemical identification after the rootstock were collected from boondocks.Results:Microscopic characteristics of Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid were studied,The morphological character,microscopic character,the physical and chemical identification methods were found.The micrographs of its root,powder,transaction were drawn.Conclution:To provide a scientific basis for the identification and rational clinical use and the establishment of the quality standard of Cynanchum otophyllum Schnied.更多还原
