【摘要】 目的:评估联合应用卡维地洛与缬沙坦治疗心力衰竭并心房颤动的疗效和安全性。方法:46例心力衰竭并心房颤动患者随机分为两组,应用缬沙坦80 mg/d,1周后,对照组维持原治疗,治疗组缬沙坦联用卡维地洛(5~20mg/d)治疗4个月。治疗前后分别行超声心动图和动态心电图检查,评价左室功能和心室率。结果:治疗前后治疗组的静息心室率分别为(97.8±7.0)次/min和(75.4±6.0)次/min,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(t=15.67,P<0.01),其心室率变化较对照组明显(t=5.48,P<0.01)。治疗组的左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、心排血量和E/A比值有明显改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.45~36.89,P<0.01)。两组患者治疗前后均未发现明显不良反应。结论:卡维地洛与缬沙坦合用治疗心力衰竭并心房颤动安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of the combination use of valsartan and carvedilol on heart failure patients complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods Forty-six heart failure patients with artial fibrillation were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the first week,valsartan(80 mg/d) was given to all patients,and then for the next four months the controls continued to take valsartan while the patients in the experimental group took both valsartan and carvedilol(5～20 mg/d).Echocardiography and Holter ECG monitoring were used to test and evaluate left ventricular function and ventricular response of the patients before and after experiment.Results The rest ventricular rates of the patients in the experimental group were(97.8±7.0) beats per minute and(75.4±6.0) beats per minute,respectively,showing a statistic difference before and after treatment(t=15.67,P<0.01).The changes were significant compared with the controls(t=5.48,P<0.01).No evident adverse effects were found in both groups.Conclusion The combination use of valsartan and cardvedilol is effective for patients with heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation.更多还原
