【摘要】 目的:探讨放射性脑病影像学改变及其与诸多相关因素的发生关系。方法:回顾性分析接受放射治疗的154例患者脑部病灶的低场MRI征象,分析其表现与相关因素的关系。结果:放射性脑病异常影像学表现与照射面积、照射剂量、照射疗程以及联合应用化疗有相关性。结论:低场MRI能够为临床放射性脑病的影像诊断及综合治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the related factors of radiation encephalopathy and to discuss the diagnostic value of low-field MRI.Methods One hundred and fifty-four patients receiving post-radiation therapy were scanned by 0.3T AIRIS MRI and the findings and the related factors were analyzed.Results The relativity between the related factors(such as the field area,expose dose,the course of treatment and dependability with combined chemotherapy) and the abnormal intensification of radiation encephalopathy has statistical significance.Conclusion Low-Field MRI can provide information for clinical treatment.更多还原
