【摘要】 目的:介绍活络舒腰颗粒的制备及质量标准。方法:采用乙醇回流和水煎煮蒸馏法提取,用高效液相色谱法测定白芍中芍药苷的含量,以薄层色谱法对当归尾定性鉴别。结果:制备工艺合理可行,含量测定和鉴别方法简便、快速、准确,重现性良好,且阴性对照无干扰。结论:本制剂制备工艺合理,质量稳定可控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate bacteriostatic action of Bidouyan granules.Method: bacteriostatic action in vitro was carried out.Result: Bidouyan granules had bacteriostatic action with different degrees to staphylococcus aureus, beta streptococcus,aeruginosus bacillus,bacillus proteus,Bacillus meningitidis purulentae,and so on.Conclusion: Bidouyan granules has a strong bacteriostatic action.更多还原
