【摘要】 目的:建立小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(12:88);检测波长:327 nm;流速:1.0 m l.min-1。结果:绿原酸线性范围为0.058~1.16μg,r2=0.9997,回收率为98.45%,RSD为1.67%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸含量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determination of caffeotannic acid in Xiaoerqingjie granules.Method: The chromato bar was kromasil C18 column with mobile phase acetonitrile-0.4%orthophosphoric acid(1288) at flow rate 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 327 nm.Result: The linearity range of caffeotannic acid was 0.058～1.16μg(r=0.9997),the recovery rate was 98.45% with RSD 1.67%.Conclucion: The method is simple,reliable,with good reproducibility,can control the content of caffeotannic acid in Xiaoerqingjie granules.更多还原
