【摘要】 目的:制定清咽利喉颗粒质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC法对方中的天花粉、麦冬、板蓝根进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对方中菊花所含绿原酸进行含量测定。结果:本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强;绿原酸在112~1120 ng(r=0.99998,n=6)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为98.90%,RSD为0.67%。结论:该方法可以准确地进行定性、定量检测,有效地控制清咽利喉颗粒的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality control method for Qingyanlihou Granules.Method: The TLC method was used to identify the radix trichosanthis, ophiopogonis,radix,radix isatidis from their natures.The HPLC method was used to determine the caffeotannic acid in chrysanthemum.Result: The preparation had obvious characteristics in TLC with strong specificity.Caffeotannic acid showed a good linearrelationship at the range of 112～1120 ng(r=0.99998,n=6);The average recovery was 98.90% with RSD 0.6%.Conclusion: The method can accurately determine the content and quality,effectively control the quality of Qingyanlihou granules.更多还原
